JYSK’s Caroline Erren and Marcus Meyer Balle are setting up the Belgian collective agreements in TimePlan during the implementation at JYSK’s offices in Arnhem, Holland.
Right now, JYSK is expanding their TimePlan installation to include Belgium and Greece. From 2017, JYSK will use TimePlan in 18 countries. TimePlan will go from having users in 21 to 23 countries.
TimePlan consultant Anna Friborg has during November 2016 worked with JYSK’s Caroline Erren on the Belgian TimePlan installation.
This has taken place at JYSK’s offices in Arnhem, Holland, where Caroline Erren works as a salary administrator. From now on, she will manage the Belgian TimePlan installation from Holland.
Complex rules in Belgium
During the TimePlan implementation process, Anna Friborg and Caroline Erren had a visit from four representatives from the Belgian company Salar which oversees payroll systems in Belgium.
”The Belgian labour market rules and collective agreements are more complex than the Dutch. According to Belgian laws, all payrolls must the outsourced. It took us two days to set up all the rules in TimePlan and prepare a payroll file with Salar,” says Anna Friborg, who also was assisted by JYSK’s controller, Marcus Meyer Balle from Denmark.
According to the plan, the first JYSK store will open in Belgium in April 2017. The Greek TimePlan installation has now also been set up during the course of November, and from 2017, the five JYSK stores in Greece can start using TimePlan for shift planning, time registration and HR – management.
