TimePlan 25 years anniversary reception

In 2020, it’s been 25 years since the first version of TimePlan was launched.

We celebrate this special occasion with an anniversary reception on Friday, 27 March 2020 at TimePlan Software, Vandmanden 10C, 9200 Aalborg SV, Denmark.

At the same time, we mark the change of CEO from Henrik Baasch to Rex A. Clausager.

As a TimePlan customer, partner or friend of the house you are warmly invited to attend this anniversary event.

Programme

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM:
Mini seminars

– AutoPlan: Let Autoplan create the work schedule for you completely automatically so you can spend time on your customers and employees instead – get an insight into how easy it can be done.
– WebApp: Your employees have work schedules and other important information at their fingertips on their smartphone, tablet and computer – have you seen it all?
– Future Lab: Together we fly into the future and share the trends we see in relation to the needs you see in the future for your businesses.

Every seminar takes 1 hour. You can participate in a maximum of 2 seminars.

1:00 – 1:30 PM:
Reception with food and beverages.

1:30 – 2:30 PM:
Mini-conference with Henrik Baasch, Rex A. Clausager and a guest speaker Christiane Vejlø
– Historical review of TimePlan
– Marking the change of CEO
– A look at future visions, technologies, trends, etc.

2:30 – 4:00 PM
Reception
 with food, drinks and networking.
