As we approach the new year, we would like to once again thank our customers, friends, and partners for a good collaboration in 2023. Unfortunately, the world has not become more peaceful over the past year – and as I wrote last year, the only certainty is that most things are uncertain. The impacts of inflation and war are leading to some caution among consumers. TimePlan can assist by delivering a solution that constantly offers more improvements, greater insight, and increased security.
Dashboards with Drill-Down
TimePlan Analytics has been on the wishlist for a while – and now, the module is finally available. Unnoticed shifts, overlooked anniversaries, or an overloaded department can be hidden in the data. This changes with the introduction of TimePlan Analytics. This innovative BI tool makes it easy for users to access important information about their company and employees. Whether tracking discrepancies in time recording or finding out if an employee is particularly burdened, TimePlan Analytics can reveal hidden insights, enabling decisions to be made on an informed basis.
With the first main release in the new year, we are specifically working to include the manager’s ability to approve hours directly in the app. We hope you are looking forward to this as much as we are.
We Value Our Customers’ Trust
The cooperation and trust of our customers are something we truly value, and we strive to be available and helpful. With revisions and new developments, it’s inevitable that, despite a significant expansion of our testing capacity, errors occasionally slip through. We try to resolve these quickly, securely, and professionally. Despite this, we occasionally have to thank you for your patience and understanding that our availability is not 100%.
New Norwegian Colleagues
In connection with the majority of shares being transferred to Main Capital Partners last November, there was a clear strategy to create a significant Nordic role as a provider of workforce management. This task and mission are progressing smoothly. Already in March, Timegrip in Oslo, Norway, was added to the family – and there are ongoing discussions with a couple more potential additions in the Nordic countries. We see a clear strength in gaining local teams in each country – while simultaneously increasing our overall pool of competencies and capacity. The new partnership with Main Capital Partners lives up to expectations.
At TimePlan, we are still mindful that “business as unusual” means we cannot just be ready for change. We must be – and are – creators of change. Therefore, we also rejoice every day in the flexibility and effort our colleagues here at TimePlan demonstrate. With testing and stability as our focus, we will work on a solid platform for the continued development of a solution that is innovative and open to integration. We are excited about the opportunities and challenges that 2024 will bring.
