How long does it take to move an entire software company with thirty-five employees? Less than eighteen hours, if you ask TimePlan Software in Aalborg, who started moving from Indkildevej Wednesday afternoon, 11th January, and at 00:15 Thursday was ready with Internet and phones at the new address Vandmanden 10 C in Aalborg SV.
This morning, Thursday 12th January 2017, all TimePlan Software employees were up and running with their computers at the new office and ready to serve the company’s clients in twenty-three countries.
“The move has been incredibly smooth thanks to all employees and Himmerlands Flytteforrening,” says TimePlan Software’s CEO, Henrik Baasch.
Increase in growth
TimePlan Software delivers the leading software product, TimePlan, for Shift Planning, Time Registration and HR Administration. In recent years, the company has experienced an increase in growth and an expansion into the European markets.
“As a result of that, we have employed more staff and we’ve needed more space for our further development,” says CEO, Henrik Baasch.
“Fortunately, we’ve found a new inspiring headquarters with the necessary space and elbowroom to fulfil our growth ambitions and strategy plan. Now, we look forward to serving our clients, vendors and partners from our new premises.”
TimePlan Software’s new HQ was built in 2006 with contemporary architecture and quality materials by TL Byg A/S.
