Annual Customer Meetings
Many of our customers benefit from our annual customer meetings where TimePlan users meet within different industries and countries to share experiences about their work life with TimePlan.
At the meetings, the participants present examples of how TimePlan makes their everyday life easier and how they save time and wage costs in their company or department.
The attendees also have a forum to discuss improvements and request new functionality and modules in TimePlan. Customers always play an active role in the ongoing development of TimePlan.
At the customer meetings, our skilled consultants also present the latest news in TimePlan. We regularly invite guest speakers from a wide variety of HR focused professionals to talk about numerous subjects, such as personal data security, collective agreements, Holiday rules and general trends in the workforce arena.
Courses and webinars
TimePlan Software regularly offers courses and webinars about new features and modules in TimePlan. This is done online via webinars, physically at our customers’ offices, or at TimePlan Software’s head office in Aalborg, Denmark.
TimePlan Software offers a wide variety of courses tailored to your specific needs, for example; Automatic Shift Planning (Autoplan), Time Registration, News in TimePlan, Holiday Rules, GPDR and Employee Communication via the TimePlan Web App.
TimePlan administrators are also offered a release webinar 3-4 times a year when a new version of TimePlan is released.
