With TimePlan’s Web App, your employees can view their work schedule on their mobile, message each other and the management and swap shifts.
The Web App improves communication between employees and management and automates HR processes within your company.
Your communications about the workforce and HR issues are structured, trustworthy, mobile, and instant. Your employees have important information right at hand on their smartphone, tablet, and computer. They can access their work schedule regardless of where they are, and they have an overview of their holidays, time off in lieu, flexitime, accumulated work hours, and salary.
Employee master data is also easy to change. Through the TimePlan Web App, employees can edit their own master data, such as a new mobile number. When an employee makes changes in the TimePlan Web App, all changes are automatically updated in TimePlan.
POWER puts shifts up “for sale”
”We show our employees the TimePlan Web App during our intro days and set it up on their smartphones,” says Mads Stenger, Operations Manager for the consumer electronics retailer POWER.
“To us, it is important to retain our young workers with good software products. 60 percent of our employees are hourly paid. It is a great help for us to put shifts up “for sale” on the app and let the employees sign up for them. It saves us a lot of time, phone calls, SMSes and Excel spreadsheets,” says Mads Stenger.
